You can submit a public interest report or a report of state budget fraud or misuse of state aids (dedicated misuse report) to the NTCA using the form below.

A public interest report draws attention to a circumstance that is in the interest of the community or the whole of society to remedy or eliminate (e.g., I have not received a receipt/invoice, my employer has not reported me, someone does not pay taxes on the renting out of his/her flat).

A dedicated misuse report is a report that relates exclusively to an infringement or omission in relation to EU and national funding or to events involving budget fraud (e.g., aid funds have been misused by somebody).

If you wish to submit a dedicated misuse report, please select "I am reporting budget fraud, misuse of state aid funds" in the type of report on the submission form.

You can find out more about the legal background and the rules for administration of the dedicated misuse reporting system by clicking here.

If you wish to file a complaint in your own case, or in relation to the procedure of the NTCA or one of its employees, please fill in the form for complaints: Reporting an infringement or omission by the NTCA - National Tax and Customs Administration (gov.hu)
