Warning on the registration and reporting obligations for payment service providers as of 1 January 2024 - CESOP XSD user guide – change
Payment service providers concerned are informed that the European Commission has published an updated version of the CESOP XSD User's Guide, version 4.80, on its website on 15 February 2024. There have been no substantive changes to the associated XSDs (only changes to annotations and comments), so the applicable XSD version number remains 4.02. The "XSD User Guide and XSD Package" available under "Further Information" has been updated accordingly.
For ease of reference, the National Tax and Customs Administration has prepared a comparison of the current (4.80) and previously published (v4.60) versions of the CESOP XSD User Guide.
